Cancellation & No Shows

We value your time and ours. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% CHARGE on the credit card you provided. No shows will be charged the FULL PRICE of the treatment.

Turn down the alley and park along side the fence facing the garden. Alternatively, you can park at the dead end street facing the “No Dumping” sign.

Registered Massage Therapy

We are registered massage therapists with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC. We can direct bill on your behalf to most insurance providers or give you a receipt for you to claim. Massage therapy helps improve and maintain good health. Calm your nervous system, reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, pain and promote a sense of well being.

Mike Howard

Mike brings a high level of enthusiasm in helping alleviate his clients pain and discomfort while improving their quality of life through massage therapy. He is passionate about helping his clients understand the cause of their problem and educating them on how to resolve the issue as well as prevent further recurrence through goal focused treatment. Mike has worked with junior hockey teams, NHL hockey players and high level recreational skiers.

When not at work, Mike enjoys golfing, hiking, skiing, mountain biking and time with friends.

Kara Wright

Kara has a passion for providing quality treatments that are individually customized to clients in search of relaxation, relief of soft tissue pain & stress, or improvement in sports performance, recovery & injuries. She is passionate about education and is constantly learning about the body and different modalities that can be beneficial for her clients.
